All my votes are in!  This was the first time I’ve ever done this, it was pretty cool.  I’ve been playing old comp games for the last couple years, and realized I probably ought to just do the year’s competition games as they arrived.

I hope the format of the reviews worked well.  I used Quentin Stone’s format, which I always liked.  I didn’t do his ‘high point’, ‘low point’ end caps, which actually would have been fun.  They often end up as nice summaries.  Next time I definitely think I will have a better review system, since mine was basically arbitrary this time (though looking back, it appears pretty consistent, thank god).

If I have time, I think I might add a page to the weblog that lists other people’s reviews for all the games, since I already have a list going.  It was really neat to see what other people had to say.  It’s telling that in more than a few games, I missed some stuff completely.

Thanks for the comments!  I like the discussion about the games and how they worked, it’s way more interesting than theory about something that isn’t written.
